Digital File License Agreement

This license applies to STL, 3MF, ZIP, documentation, and other downloadable files purchased from this store unless a product listing states different terms.

Personal-use license

You may download the files and create physical prints for your own personal, non-commercial use and as personal gifts. You may not sell the physical prints.

Commercial license

If the purchased product explicitly includes a commercial license, you may sell physical items that you print from the files. A commercial license does not transfer ownership of the digital design.

Restrictions

You may not sell, share, sublicense, upload, exchange, or redistribute the original or modified digital files. You may not make the files available through a marketplace, repository, cloud folder, membership, or print-on-demand file service. You may not claim the digital design as your own.

Ownership and responsibility

All intellectual-property rights not expressly granted remain with the applicable rights holder. You are responsible for safe printing, material selection, printer operation, and compliance with local rules.

Termination

The license ends if you breach these terms. On termination, you must stop using and distributing products made under the license and delete the digital files, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
