Refund Policy for Digital Products

Our products are digital downloads and cannot be physically returned. After a file has been delivered or accessed, purchases are generally final, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Please contact shelbynicolephilli1996@outlook.fr promptly if you received the wrong file, the download is unavailable or corrupted, or you were charged more than once for the same order. Include your order number and product name so we can investigate and provide a replacement, technical assistance, or an appropriate remedy.

Refunds are generally not offered for change of mind after delivery, failure to review stated compatibility requirements, or print results caused by printer condition, slicer settings, materials, supports, scaling, or user modifications.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
