Digital products

Products are supplied electronically. No physical item is shipped unless a listing explicitly states otherwise. You are responsible for reviewing file formats, software requirements, dimensions, and license terms before purchasing.

Orders and delivery

Orders are subject to successful payment and fraud screening. Download access is provided through the store's digital-delivery service. Contact shelbynicolephilli1996@outlook.fr if delivery fails.

Licensing and intellectual property

Purchasing a digital product grants only the license described in the product listing and Digital File License Agreement. Ownership of the digital design is not transferred. Unauthorized resale, sharing, uploading, sublicensing, or redistribution of files is prohibited.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the store, interfere with security, use automated systems unlawfully, submit false information, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use purchased files for unlawful purposes.

Print results

Results vary by printer, slicer, materials, calibration, and settings. To the extent permitted by law, digital files and guidance are provided without a guarantee of a particular physical-print result.

Liability and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the files or printed objects. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The version available when you purchase applies to that order, except where law requires otherwise.
